Recent reports have surfaced which state that the Motorola Droid from Verizon Wireless has Multi-touch. Well I'm here to tell you it is TRUE!  Two apps I am aware of the new Dolphin Web browser and PicSay picture application have added multi-touch support.

All I have to say is Fantastic!  It looks like the Droid is starting to compete with the IPhone.  Well I hope support keeps coming for the new kid on the block (Droid) because at the rate it's going it is sure it just might pass up the Iphone. Food for thought.

As far as the Dolphin web browsing app, I must say I use it on a regular basis now and not just because of the Multi-touch support.  It has a lot of features the standard browser just doesn't have.  An especially favorite setting of mine is being able to switch the browser from a desktop, Android, or IPhone mode.  Spectacular.  Really the best part is it's a FREE app.
