Consumer Reports Survey Published Outlook Not So Good

Author: Unknown Wednesday, December 2, 2009

The results were published from a Consumer Reports Survey about how satisfied consumers are with their wireless carrier.  Out of more than 50,000 respondents only 54 percent were completely satisfied or very satisfied.  The report also showed two-thirds had a major complaint with their carrier.

When it comes to wireless service Verizon Wireless was over the top in all categories from the 26 cities.  Their only downfall being price, but what can you expect when they have the largest most reliable network.  However T-Mobile rocked it up there with Verizon in the survey, the scored lower marks in messaging, email, voice, and web.

The last two major kids on the block in last place are Sprint and AT&T, most of which I think are self explanatory.  They scored low in every attribute except for texting and web access.

When it comes right down to it most are swayed from one carrier to another by simply the phones being carried.  Which doesn't come as a surprise to me what-so-ever.

Wow, the results are amazing.  It's hard to believe that many people who own cell phones are dissatisfied with their service.  It blows my mind, how they are dissatisfied yet keep the service.  To me I find it unbelievable, but I have been shocked by less.

I find what people think very interesting due to that fact above.  Of course I always love to hear from you all so drop me a line in the comments about what you think about your carrier?
